I've forgotten my Apple Encryption Password. How do I reset it?

On your iPhone, go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset All Settings.

This clears the backup encryption setting but keeps your personal data intact.

Reconnect your iPhone to iTunes and confirm Encrypt iPhone backup is now off.
