5. AI Report Feature
Service Description
- Dispute Buddy offers an optional feature called the AI Report.

- Analysis is performed using third-party AI services (currently OpenAI, but subject to change).
Accuracy and Limitations
- The AI Report is provided for informational purposes only.
- Results may contain errors, omissions, false positives, or false negatives.
- The AI Report does not constitute legal advice and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any legal, personal, or professional decision.
Development and Improvements
- To maintain and improve the quality of the AI Report, Dispute Buddy may retain a random sample of up to 20% of the messages you export.
- These sampled messages are used strictly for development, testing, and service improvement.
- Sampled messages are stored securely, are not shared with third parties except as required for development purposes, and are subject to the safeguards described in the Privacy Policy.
User Responsibility
- You remain solely responsible for how you interpret and use the AI Report.
- You agree not to present the AI Report as definitive evidence in legal proceedings without independent verification.
