How long does it take to download my messages using Dispute Buddy?

Most exports finish in about 30 minutes. In some cases, it can take up to 2 hours. This is normal and depends on a few factors below.

What affects the time

The amount of data you have stored on your phone.

Available storage on your iPhone and computer  Low free space can slow things down.

Your internet speed - slower or unstable connections can add time.

The type of computer you have and the version of iOS or windows you’re running. Older versions can really slow things up.

Once the search for messages begins, you'll see a progress screen with an estimated time remaining. Early estimates are often conservative, so the search often takes less time than the initial estimate.
