Why does Dispute Buddy keep downloading again and again when I try to install?

Windows

First, find the file you already downloaded

1. Open File Explorer.

2. Go to Downloads. Look for the most recent installer file (you may see several copies if you clicked download multiple times).

3. Delete duplicates so you keep just the latest file.

Run the installer from your Downloads folder (not from the browser)

1. Double-click the installer file in Downloads.

2. If Windows asks for permission (User Account Control), click Yes.

3. If nothing happens, right-click the file and choose Run as administrator.
