I've launched the app but am stuck on 'enter name and email address' screen

1) Check you've entered the same email address as the one you used to buy the app

2) Try from different internet (eg hotspot your phone)

3) Restart the PC

4) Check for Windows updates (very common with new computers)

  1. Press the Windows key or click Start.
  2. Select the Settings (gear) icon.
  3. Click Windows Update in the sidebar.
  4. Hit the Check for updates button.
  5. Choose Download and install if any are found.

5) Disable antivirus scanning if you have AV on your computer. Follow these instructions
