The Dispute Buddy app is stuck on indexing or generating the report

These are the most common solutions:

  1. Check for software updates on your iPhone
  2. Restart your iPhone.
  3. Restart your computer.
  4. Use a cable from Apple.
  5. Try a different port on your laptop.
  6. Don't use your phone or computer during indexing.

Be patient though; sometimes large files can take a while to process.
