The Dispute Buddy app crashes midway through the indexing phase

These are the most common solutions

  1. Check for software updates on your iPhone
  2. Restart your iPhone.
  3. Restart your computer.
  4. Use a cable from Apple.
  5. Try a different port on your laptop.
  6. Don't use your phone or computer during indexing.

Sometimes the issue is that your computer is too old and has a slow processing speed. The best solution is to borrow a friend's computer and do it on theirs. It won't get any easier, if you have an old laptop!
