Stuck on 'Connect your phone' screen

I've connected my iPhone but I'm stuck on a screen that says "Connect your iPhone"

Try these steps:

1) Try a different port in your computer

2) Change the cord (make sure it's an Apple one)

3) Check your iPhone for software updates

4) Restart your iPhone (very 90s advice but it works)
