How do I launch the Dispute Buddy app?

Mac users:

Go to www.disputebuddy.co/download

• Open DisputeBuddy.dmg from the downloads folder

• Drag Dispute Buddy icon into Applications folder

• Open Applications folder

• Launch the Dispute Buddy app

Windows users:

Go to www.disputebuddy.co/download

• Open the disputebuddy.exe from the downloads folder

• Open DisputeBuddy.exe

• Follow instructions to install the Dispute Buddy app

• Open Dispute Buddy from your Windows Start menu

Whatever kind of computer you use, follow these steps to make the app run smoothly

1. When prompted enter the same email address you used when you bought the app.
2. Check your phone for software updates.
3. Restart your phone. I know this sounds like very 1990s IT advice, but it is important.
4. Restart your computer.
5. Connect your phone with a proper Apple cable. Cheap ones won't work.
6. Unlock your phone, then when prompted, enter your passcode on your iPhone (probably twice).
7. Keep your phone connected to your computer throughout the search and keep your computer plugged into power.
