Yes. OurFamilyWizard Messages Report PDFs, AppClose Records Export PDFs, and TalkingParents Complete Message Record PDFs are supported. You can import one or more of each in the same session, on their own or together with iPhone messages.
On Add your message sources, add OurFamilyWizard, AppClose, TalkingParents, iPhone messages, or any combination.
- OurFamilyWizard: sign in at ourfamilywizard.com in a browser. The mobile app cannot export this report. Open Messages and download a Message Report PDF for each date range you need, then save the PDFs to this computer. In Dispute Buddy, add OurFamilyWizard and choose the PDFs. Review the message count, parents, children and date range, then say which parent you are.
- AppClose: request a Records Export on the AppClose website, and make sure Conversations is included. Choose the date ranges you need, download the PDF AppClose sends you, and save it to this computer. In Dispute Buddy, add AppClose and choose the PDFs. Review works the same way: message count, parents, children and date range, then which parent you are.
- TalkingParents: request a Complete Message Record from TalkingParents. TalkingParents emails you an access code when the record is ready. Download the PDF with that access code and save it to this computer. In Dispute Buddy, add TalkingParents and choose the PDFs. Review works the same way: message count, parents, children and date range, then which parent you are.
- Any of these reports on its own: you go on to contacts and dates without connecting a phone.
- With iPhone messages: add the report PDFs as well as the iPhone. The phone still connects with a USB cable.
You can add more PDFs later. Overlapping messages are kept once. The PDFs are read on this computer. Dispute Buddy never asks for your OurFamilyWizard, AppClose, or TalkingParents password.
Imported OurFamilyWizard, AppClose, and TalkingParents messages are stored for this session only. If a file cannot be read, or you cancel, you return to Add your message sources.
OurFamilyWizard, AppClose, and TalkingParents contacts appear separately from iPhone and WhatsApp contacts.
Other co-parenting apps are not supported yet.
