Open your downloads folder and look for the file name

It's possible that when you saved your report, you selected a different folder
If all else fails go back to the app and download another report
Yes. You can type any name. The system will look for chats that match the names you entered.
Most exports finish in about 20 minutes. In some cases, it can take up to 1.5 hours.

3. Download the file, then check your Downloads folder.
The app downloads your data to that laptop to do the search. When the search finishes and you close the app, everything it downloaded is deleted. Only the exported PDF you created remains, and you can delete that as well.
This usually happens when the email inside the app doesn't match the email you used to buy your subscription. A common mix-up is purchasing with a work email, then typing a different (personal) email into the app where it says enter your details.
If your messages are stored in iCloud and you can see them in the Messages app then yes, Dispute Buddy can access them.
WeChat isn't supported at the moment, but this feature may be added in the future.
Desktop only: You can only download to a desktop computer.
Not on iPhone: You cannot download it to your iPhone.
You do not need to create an account or password to use Dispute Buddy.

No. Dispute Buddy shows exactly what's currently on your phone. It won't retrieve deleted messages. If messages were deleted, it should show that they were deleted, but the deleted content itself can't be recovered.
Yes. Dispute Buddy works in any country, including the United States, as long as you have an iPhone.
You're on the search screen and it's sitting at 0% or 1% for a while. Keep your iPhone and Mac connected and charging.
Wait some time, the export can take over an hour in rare cases.
